Is a testing environment available?

Yes, EasyLink has deployed a pre-production environment in which you can test your application prior to going live.


What types of documents are supported?

The Send API supports the same document types that EasyLink’s E-mail to Fax Service supports. For a list of document types, please visit our Customer Service web page at Easylink FAQ for a copy of our E-mail to Fax User Guide.


Do I have to use all of the API’s functionality?

No, for example, if you want to use the API to send, but receive notifications of delivery outside of the API, this can be set up.


Can EasyLink provide code samples?

EasyLink has sample code available for distribution to our customers via our website.


What type of support will I have access to?

EasyLink’s Customer Service organization is standing by to assist you with any questions or inquiries regarding our Send API. Customer Service can be contacted at 800-209-6245 or via e-mail at support@easylink.com.

 


Can I check the status of my message?

Yes, through the use of the query capability within the API you can check current or final message status.
