A large international bank needed a more cost-efficient way to securely distribute statements to clients all over the world – it had to ensure that only the intended recipient could view the information while preventing manipulation of the original electronic content. Under the bank’s old business processes, personnel had to manually rekey data to create the statements, manually convert them to another file format, and then manually encrypt and distribute the files.
