How It Works
EasyLink’s Extraction service receives an inbound document (Paper, Email or Fax), and converts information to data. It doesn’t matter if your inbound document is free-form, hand-written or if the content changes over time.
Once the Data Extraction is complete, EasyLink will store the information in .TIFF and electronic data format; we will also deliver the information to you in a format appropriate for your back-office application.
After we have extracted the document’s information and converted it to data, we will either deliver it back to your network, or route it into our Hosted Workflow application for further processing by your team. Our Electronic Document Delivery solutions can be customized to fit the needs of your business.
EasyLink can extract many parts of a document and convert them to a data file, then categorize them. Common elements include:

- Identification numbers
- Barcodes
- Custom fields
